  • Fraud

    Credit card scammed. Now my social Security been scammed and LifeLock has never called once

  • Credit card protection

    No protection. Card was run up and defaulted on while in the hospital for 2 years. Credit card dos not care about proof. Lifelock refuses to do anything. My 850 credit rating is now 604 and I owed taxes on default. Nice protection. Beware

  • WARNING! Horrible customer service. No US based agents.

    We have a family plan. When it auto renewed, it didn't add both of us, like we were. It took 4 days to finally get an answer, Lifelock admitted the errors. But no solution to prevent it from happening again.

  • Worthless service

    The last 2 alerts were done by companies I was interacting with, but the inquiries they made into my credit weren't authorized. You still dismiss them.

    I spent all morning trying to get into my account and see if anything actually was wrong after receiving a voicemail from Norton. Much wasted time to find out nothing.

  • Only Four Weeks Late After Price Increase

    Increased my subscription price by $15.00 without notifying me the customer! Then send me an "ALERT" FOUR WEEK AFTER the event. This is why I cancelled my account!

  • Poorly detailed Alert! Need more detail to verify!

    The alert did not have enough detail in it and only gave the initials of the company the fraud alert was about. I think is was a legitimate transaction, but its hard to say bedcause the alert gave very few details. The alert gave no indication what the actual alert was for.

  • What are you paying for?

    Renewal of these plans are over a month BEFORE the renewal date - so if you decided to cancel, guess what it goes by, when they CHARGED. Unhappy

  • Inconsistent confirmation of response

    In response to a credit report activity, we clicked "No, it was not me," but then received a confirmation that we clicked "Yes, this was me." Very concerning.

No one can prevent all identity theft.
