My email is being used as a sender to send me spam. I receive lots of spam some of it inappropriate.

I opened account at bank was not notified. Bought a car and was not notified.. I had to tell them then they put it on the app, never once did I get any emails, texts, phone calls about anything.. I'm very hesitant to stay with your company.. I feel I should be reimbursed for a service I didn't get

Trying to talk to a live person is like pulling teeth. Signing in has gotten to be a nightmare. I always have to before I get locked out.

I have life lock and have for a few years extra insurance BUT CREDIT KARMA LETS ME KNOW OF ALL BREACHES IN STEAD OF LIFELOCK. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH LIFELOCK

Cannot maintain connectivity to my Navy Federal Credit Union accounts. Every time I reset, it goes off line in short order. I finally gave up.

I've had a problem connecting my bank to my Lifelock "protection" for at least 6 months now. Called the support number & they worked for several weeks telling me it was "now fixed". Tried to connect again with the same result. Didn't feel like sitting on hold for an hour & being transferred from one unhelpful person to another. I've cancelled my subscription & will get my identity protection somewhere else from now on.
