  • Several problems!!!

    1st this email ended in SPAM folder. 2nd and most important... Mary's account has not been corrected in over a month even though there has been an outstanding ticket #76712168. 3rd every time we login correctly we get an error and have to login a 2nd time.

  • Not worth it

    Over priced and don't have an opportunity to get a discount and I pay for Norton as well

  • Expensive and poor service

    My family has been with Lifelock for 15 years. We will not be continuing with Life Lock because of the service. When we had Identity Theft, they were initially helpful but as we proceeded you could never reach the support team and they did not respond to email. We were able to handle it with the police and the state where false employment claims were filed. They reported a second instance of identity fraud with a credit card company that never happened and had to retract it. Finally, we were victim of credit card and medical fraud and they never picked it up or reported it. Again, we resolved it on our own with the credit card company. Life Lock has become a huge disappointment.

    I purchased Privacy Monitor Assistant after I talked to (removed agent name) on April 20 2022. I said i wanted all my info opted out of anyone getting information on me. i have a problem of someone making up info on me and i do not want anyone looking me up to cause problems. He said no problem and i would be getting e mail with everything ok. Not true... Everything is the same so i guess this purchase was a lie His name was (removed agent name).

    When Lifelock and Norton merged I lost the ability to access my credit score among other things.

  • Not easy to use

    Was hoping for better security with ease of use. Not the case they are always looking to make more money and what you do get with basic service is hard to understand. trying to following in there web site is also difficult. Very Disappointed in service

  • Too complicated

    Too many add on features that cost more $.....just do the job you originally sold...I can't conclude exactly what you're doing for us. Terms & conditions & all the "fine print" ...who in their right mind reads all that crap.

  • Rating LifeLock

    I have had problems with Life Lock not able to monitor several of my credit cards even though the passwords are up to date and I tried every way possible to link them up. When I have called for assistance, I get someone with a difficult accent to understand. It is very frustrated trying to deal with the problem and being told that they can not help. I will not renew my subscription this year.
