    My identity was used for a transaction at the small business administration and now I am paying big time!

  • Too much marketing. Too confusing. Too many fraudulent ema

    Too expensive for what is provided. The services provided are very confusing. Even the Norton/Lifelock connection is very confusing.

  • No feed back on current activity

    Activity is not under review that gives no feed back to their clients. If I set up a new account for credit, no inquiry is made to assure it is myself and not someone else. Wilkinson

  • QUESTIONABLE VALUE

    It does not stop any fraudulent activity. It notifiies you only after an account was opened in your name. Isn't that like closing the barn door after the horse has already escaped? Only if you lock your credit file will it stop an account from being opened, and you don't need to pay for that. You can do that yourself.

  • OVERPRICED and TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

    Ever since Norton took over Lifelock, Lifelock has gone downhill. The monthly email reports they send me don't tell me jack doodley-squat. And their price is double what it should be.

  • Parts of the website don't work properly

    Last year I realized that Lifelock's credit report was not working so I contacted them to fix it. I was passed up and down the chain and was told that the problem would be resolved in 48 hours. That was over a year ago. I've asked several times if the feature doesn't work I would like a discount. I have not received satisfactory response. I love the other features but I am paying for all the features. Not just some.

  • Disappointing

    Been a member since a horrible identity thief event 9 years ago. However, I have found overall quality steadily declining. Alert notifications may come several days-weeks after a breech, phone availability lacking with long delays or multiple transfers.

  • Not what I expected?

    Been a loyal member since 2015. I had my identity stolen and im still having trouble with these issues showing up in my credit report. I was never reimbursed for the money I lost. Now I can't register my bank accounts for monitoring?

  • Poor login and system performance

    Almost impossible to login, over the past year it normally takes me 3 times to login. I am still receiving past Alerts for several months after they have been addressed. Some Alerts were from past year transactions. My question, if these types of issues are happening how can they be monitoring by accounts?
