Your system NOT RESPONDING message came NOT exactly a confidence booster NOT sure as I start my day what the issue is You ask if I would recommend...ONLY 2 answers available when your system wont respond... NEED a MAYBE choice

When I was notified about a breach I called, we were in Israel, Jordan and Egypt at the time. The person whom I spoke to was very hard to understand and I feel that is why I answered one of the questions incorrectly. She kept telling me to check my email, which was our home email and simply told her I could not do that since we were 7000 miles away from our home computer. Not sure she really understood that we were not home and could not check the email that was sent. Very frustrating on our part. So, needless to say this was quite an unpleasant experience for my wife and I, as we were on vacation. She said she sent me a verification code on my phone but it never came through so that is when she asked me the security questions, which like I said before the lady was very hard to understand, in face one time I had to ask her to spell the word she recited to me. This was our experience and sorry to say, not a good one.

I have been getting email notifications when I access my pension plan, but yesterday (2/12/26) I did not. All i got was a text. I had to log into my account and dismiss the warning that way.

Why I apprceiate being notified on credt card charges, my lower limit was set at $100. Why was $23.95 was one, considered unually high and two, why was it report if below $100?

I got an alert this morning about a loan I took out. My question is why did it take over a month to get an alert about this loan I took out. I should've gotten an alert immediately. They did a credit check on me. I should've gotten an alert right then. Even though it was me that took the loan out. I'm a little upset on why I didn't get any alerts on the credit check. Again this is over a month ago.

I feel I am not getting best price as discounts are given to new folks for very low prices and I feel that for a long time my phone was not fully signed in and I was getting calls by email or on my account to sign up for a level I was already signed up for and was already paying for.
