  • Effective monitoring

    I was attempting to obtain a certified birth certificate for my wife and Lifelock was on top of this because it was an unusual request. Nice coverage.

  • Good protection, minor navigation issues

    The product provides strong identity protection and helpful alerts, but the website and app navigation could be clearer. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

    I finally received an answer from one of your agents, after struggling for 15 minutes with your automated answering system. the answer I received from the agent was very helpful, but it is obvious that you don't want your customers talking to your agents. I am sure the automated system saves money but it also puts customers off from the outset. Charles Schwab has an automated system as well, but it is used solely to direct calls, not as a filtering system to make it harder to talk to a human being. You should learn how they do it and mimic them.

    Hey listen LifeLock I have all these alerts about viruses on my phone and I paid you guys for one year and I thought the phone was covered so now you sent me an app to cover the phone and I paid for that and my phone is still going goofy telling me I have viruses you guys should have my phone covered I need to know if you do people

  • To many calls,emails

    I like the alerts,but should only need to respond once then you should share that information with all three credit bureaus,I shouldn't get 6-8 phone calls and have to log in repeatedly to answer the same question

  • I'm not covered like I thought I was

    I've had life lock for years - there has been no alert that credit card applications are being filled out in my name - as it was when I started w line lock in 2011

  • Does one hand know what the other is doing?

    The day I opened a new credit card account in April, I received a text message from LifeLock verifying it was I who opened the account. Great! But two months later, at 6:24 AM, while I was asleep, I got a text notification waking me up wanting to know if I had opened the same account two months ago as it apparently just showed up on Equifax. LifeLock should've known since I had already been contacted when I opened the account. I didn't appreciate being woken up that early in the morning to be asked a question to which LL already knew - or should have known - the answer. This is concerning to me…
