Repeated loss of contact with financial institution, won't reconnect easily. Mobile app access is terrible. Website does not explain changes in how to navigate.

I use face recognition but it wants me to look at pictures and match. The pictures are not good quality and it sometimes tack 3 minutes to open. Is my face not good enough. Other apps open fast. I am thinking of canceling

I was hacked. So, I Sighed up for the bargain brand of LifeLock, and got what I paid for. I'm not impressed, at all. I'm sure that if I went for the Mercedes version, with a Mercedes price, I would have got more serious coverage and attention, but I didn't. When my subscription runs out I will seek other options.

Sometimes I feel like your good a billing but never any feed back. I used to get a monthly report. I understand lifelock was purchased by Norton. Is this the change in policy?

Unfortunately, the Norton product, besides Lifelock, is a messy jumble. Especially if you prefer using another app's version of one of their features ... then you get badgered every time it gets loaded. Also, they say "360" in their product name but nothing in the app seems to reflect that. Very confusing. Having said that, I'm unable to accurately rate this LifeLock component because in over 12 years, it's never alerted. So who knows what it's doing and whether I'm really protected or not. Just acting on faith here.
