I am struggling to find/use Norton . Con.consistently he things to work. Help!!! I think I have mess. Please HeplMe! I know just enough to keep me twisting in the wind. I feel such confusuion. I have a notice of something happening with my credit. I need to see it to know if it is something that is mine or an intrusion.

Services offered are professional and well done... BUT you will pay more for them than other vendors. Lessens the value when compared to others.

YOU ARE ASSUMING EVERYONE THAT IS CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR SECURITY IS AN EXPERIANCED COMPUTER USER. NOT TRUE. THE LESS EXPERIANCED NEEDS MORE HELP, MORE EXPLANATIONS ALSO WHY DID YOU COUPLE LIFELOCK WITH NORTON? NORTON IS NOT VERY DEPENDABLE ESPECIALLY THE SECURE VPN. ALSO THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN THINGS AND ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF FOR HELP I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

I have forgotten my password right after my wife and I signed up, I called life lock, they could not help me, so what do I do now? I get alerts but can't see them.

I have had no problems with Lifelock, just with email. My name does not appear on email but the word Lifelock. I called Lifelock to correct the problem and nothing has been done to correct it. I continue to value the service. I just want the email corrected.

I've had my credit card used without my consent a couple of times. Since then I have reviewed my card credentials and now I'm more satisfied with the card itself. Don't you check to see if I've had someone use my card out of state or order something from a business I do not normally order from? It's taken my time and phone calls to correct the ones that did compromise my card. It would behoove you to send an alert to my email about something that didn't look right. Hope this helps others who have similar problems.

You would think that a company who is "guarding" such personal details could create a pathway to switch from monthly to annual enrollment. If the insurance companies can do it, LifeLock should have a programmer with the qualifications to do it!

I usually don't have any issues with the website. The information needs to be updated more regularly. Customer service is terrible. Back when the Norton VPN was offered for free to current members my wife and I tried to get it added to our accounts. years later we still don't have it. We are very close to dropping our accounts.
