    These issues were presented to your people. And might I add, not impressed with the overseas location and the poor English. As well as reading scripts to me and not listening. I ended the conversation and went back later to find the issues myself. Not impressed with your remote service personnel. Have a great day.

    It is very hard to get an agent for questions not addressed online. But once there your person was patient and thorough, though hard to understand because of a strong foreign accent.
